A total area of 8000 m² built according to the latest European standards & sustainability measures:
- Optimum Building Orientation
- Sun shading devices East, South & West.
- Double Glazing
- Biogas System
- Rainwater Collection System for toilet flushing & site irrigation.
- Parking lots covered with solar panels, double functioning as shading devices & power generation.
Caterpillar Headquarters Building – Mantrac Group Ghana
DESIGNKODE in association with K-Line Design.
Caterpillar Headquarter
Took part with K-Line Design Ltd in the Design & Construction of an office building including company offices, a showroom and backyard workshop.
The design and colors represented the company’s identity and brand.
Passive sustainable measures were applied for the building architecture, including:
- Building self-shading
- Creating deep awnings to reduce sun exposure & heat.
- Double Glazing for optimal cooling.
- Double roof/Rooftop Shading for natural building ventilation.

PREMIUM APPLICATION CENTER – LONDON, UK
The project mission included: space planning, interior design and fit out of the visa and passport application center for the Ghana Ministry of Foreign affairs in London, UK.
