Caterpillar Headquarter
Took part with K-Line Design Ltd in the Design & Construction of an office building including company offices, a showroom and backyard workshop.
The design and colors represented the company’s identity and brand.
Passive sustainable measures were applied for the building architecture, including:
- Building self-shading
- Creating deep awnings to reduce sun exposure & heat.
- Double Glazing for optimal cooling.
- Double roof/Rooftop Shading for natural building ventilation.
